RETURN POLICY

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

ARROW TOOLQUIP offers a 24 Month warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty covers all structural and mechanical aspects of the item, Including locks, gas struts, hinges etc.

Any defect found within 24 hours of receiving the product must be reported immediately to ARROW TOOLQUIP (Tel 1300 70 70 31 or Email sales@arrowtoolquip.com.au)

Warranty also does not cover any damage caused by natural disaster or severe weather events.

Warranty does not cover theft or attempted theft of items or any damage which occurs.

If the product purchased does NOT fit your application, the return is also offered, the claim must be reported within 24 hours after sign on arrival (or pickup from ARROW TOOLQUIP factory).

Any item subject to claim must be reported to ARROW TOOLQUIP with full details of the product fault as well as photo evidence.

ARROW TOOLQUIP will first attempt to fix faults before offering a replacement. A reasonable local repair quote can be accepted. All the local repair cost must be approved by ARROW TOOLQUIP

If a product does not have a replacement, or a replacement out of stock for 14 days then a refund will be issued.

All return freight costs are liable to the purchaser

 

WHERE DO ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED TO?

The return address is 26-28 Star Crescent Hallam VIC 3803 (ARROW TOOLQUIP)

Return by courier or in person is accepted.

Our trading hours are Monday-Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to12:00 pm

 

HOW TO CREDIT RETURNS?

Customer is required to pay return freight.

Any freight costs in the initial purchase will not be refunded.

Refund will be issued the same way as to how the payment has been made.

ARROW TOOLQUIP will do full refund within 3 business days after the item arrived.
